Fred Senior Product Development Project Manager

- Define, lead, and coordinate product development projects from conception to production launch.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless communication and project execution.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, propose solutions, and proactively manage risks.
- Participate in defining new product needs and specifications.
- Communicate project status and ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Raise alerts and propose and implement necessary action plans.
- Manage administrative and budgetary aspects of projects, maintaining necessary tracking tools.
- Degree in project management, engineering, or related field (Bac +5 equivalent).
- Significant experience in project management within the jewelry sector or a similar field (minimum 5 years).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as PLM and SAP environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within France and Europe.
- Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 5 years in project management within the jewelry sector or a similar field.
Degree in project management, engineering, or related field (Bac +5 equivalent).
