1. Define, lead, and coordinate product development projects from conception to production launch.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless communication and project execution.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues, propose solutions, and proactively manage risks.
5. Participate in defining new product needs and specifications.
6. Communicate project status and ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
7. Raise alerts and propose and implement necessary action plans.
8. Manage administrative and budgetary aspects of projects, maintaining necessary tracking tools.

1. Degree in project management, engineering, or related field (Bac +5 equivalent).
2. Significant experience in project management within the jewelry sector or a similar field (minimum 5 years).
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
6. Knowledge of project management tools such as PLM and SAP environment is a plus.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
8. Willingness to travel regularly within France and Europe.
