Senior Project Manager in Product Development

1. Define, lead, and coordinate product development projects from design to production launch.
2. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for effective project execution.
4. Identify and resolve potential issues, propose solutions, and manage risks proactively.
5. Participate in defining needs and specifications for new products.
6. Communicate project progress and ensure effective collaboration among project stakeholders.
7. Raise alerts and lead necessary action plans.
8. Manage administrative and budgetary aspects of projects, and maintain project tracking tools.

1. Degree in project management, engineering, or related field (Bac +5).
2. Significant experience in project management within the jewelry sector or a similar field (minimum 5 years).
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an agile environment.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
6. Knowledge of project management tools such as PLM and SAP is a plus.
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
8. Regular travel within France and Europe.
