Fred Senior Architect - Store Planning Project Manager

- Manage multiple global projects from feasibility to opening, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee budget, scheduling, and quality of completed works.
- Analyze market information and conduct feasibility studies, including budget estimates and scheduling.
- Centralize internal retail and technical team needs to integrate into projects.
- Collaborate with the Group to enhance the energy performance of boutiques in line with CSR initiatives.
- Maintain effective relationships with external design consultants and ensure project stage validations with the Architecture direction.
- Lead interactions with execution architects, general contractors, and suppliers involved in projects.
- Review tenders, verify orders and invoices in accordance with internal validation procedures.
- Challenge local architects to ensure compliance with local standards, budgets, and schedules, exploring value engineering options as needed.
- Adapt to and improve existing internal tools and procedures to enhance performance.
- Architectural degree (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or similar engineering qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
- Attention to detail, rigorous and organized.
- Autonomous project management with proactive information reporting.
- Problem-solving orientation and proactive approach.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills for multicultural contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and implementation.
- Fluency in English with technical architectural vocabulary (oral and written).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within a luxury house is required.
Architectural degree (DPLGF / HMNOP / DE) or similar engineering qualification.
The position offers a hybrid working mode and is a maternity leave replacement contract until the end of August 2024.
