1. Develop every sales opportunity and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Perform daily CRM activities, including collecting prospective client contact details and managing client relationships.
3. Adhere to all sales and operational processes as per company policies.
4. Conduct daily stock takes and prepare sales reports.
5. Supervise daily operations and assist in managing the team.
6. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and aftersales service.
7. Facilitate the integration of new team members and assist the Boutique Manager in assigning responsibilities.
8. Lead the team to ensure adherence to service standards and support team development.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
10. Maintain optimal boutique conditions, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry.
2. Proven track record in sales and customer service.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
