- Provide sales assistance to customers and ensure a high level of brand and product knowledge.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services.
- Represent the brand image at all times.
- Create and develop client relationships.
- Maintain merchandising displays and high standards within the store.
- Provide high-quality service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
- Generate client advocacy to achieve mystery shopper targets.
- Accurately check stock levels regularly.
- Support the manager in developing store practices and customer service levels.
- Report stock or security issues and fraudulent activity to management.
- Promote effective working practices for a safe and efficient environment.
- Develop a high level of product and brand knowledge.
- Provide in-store aftersales service with the aftersales teams.
- Take responsibility for personal development and attend training as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Customer-focused with professional complaint handling.
- Mastering selling techniques.
- Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to manage change.

Minimum of 3 years in sales, with experience in jewelry clients and brands.
