- Provide exemplary sales assistance to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of brand and product knowledge.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through professional customer engagement and service.
- Represent the brand image with professionalism at all times.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage merchandising displays, maintaining high standards within the store.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers both in-person and via telephone.
- Complete sales documentation and efficiently utilize internal till and stock systems.
- Encourage client advocacy to meet mystery shopper targets.
- Regularly check stock levels and report any discrepancies.
- Support the manager in enhancing store practices and customer service levels.
- Report stock, security, and fraudulent activity concerns to management.
- Promote effective working practices for a safe and efficient environment.
- Develop extensive product and brand knowledge.
- Provide in-store aftersales service in collaboration with aftersales teams.
- Take responsibility for personal development and attend required training.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, particularly with jewelry clients and brands.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Mastery of selling techniques and target achievement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Strong team spirit and support for colleagues.
- Results-oriented with a winning attitude.
- Ability to maintain and develop a client network.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability.
- Problem-solving and initiative.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of various IT systems.
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, particularly with jewelry clients and brands, is required.
Bachelor's degree minimum.
Permanent contract starting January 2025.
