1. Provide sales assistance to customers and ensure a high level of brand and product knowledge.
2. Achieve personal and store sales targets.
3. Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services.
4. Represent the brand image at all times.
5. Create and develop client relationships.
6. Merchandise displays and maintain high standards within the store.
7. Provide high-quality service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone.
8. Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
9. Generate client advocacy to achieve mystery shopper targets.
10. Accurately check stock levels regularly.
11. Support the manager in developing store practices and customer service levels.
12. Report stock or security issues and fraudulent activity to management.
13. Promote effective working practices for a safe and efficient environment.
14. Develop high-level product and brand knowledge.
15. Provide in-store aftersales service with the aftersales teams.
16. Take responsibility for personal development and attend training as required.
17. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 3 years in sales, with previous experience with jewelry clients and brands.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Permanent contract starting January 2025.
