- Provide exceptional sales assistance to customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of brand and product knowledge.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Professionally represent the brand image at all times.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Ensure high standards of merchandising displays within the store.
- Deliver high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Efficiently complete sale documentation and utilize internal till and stock systems.
- Generate client advocacy to meet mystery shopper targets.
- Regularly check stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Support the manager in developing store practices and improving customer service levels.
- Report any stock, security, or fraudulent activity issues to management.
- Promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Provide in-store aftersales service in collaboration with aftersales teams.
- Take responsibility for personal development and attend training as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
- Mastery of selling techniques.
- Ability to meet targets and work to deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Team spirit and supportive attitude towards colleagues.

A minimum of 3 years in sales, with previous experience in the jewelry sector.
Bachelor's degree minimum.
Permanent contract starting January 2025.
