Fred Sales Assistant (Internship)

- Greet and serve French and international clientele with high standards of luxury hospitality.
- Support sales activities including beverage service, gift-wrapping and packaging, and invoice follow-up.
- Execute clienteling actions: post-purchase thank-yous, anniversary communications and personalized follow-up.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and the setup of shop windows and in-boutique displays.
- Assist with ancillary boutique tasks such as after-sales service coordination and stock management.
- Enthusiasm for the luxury sector and strong interest in fine jewellery.
- Impeccable service orientation, polished interpersonal manner and professional presentation.
- Rigorous respect for jewellery-specific processes, including security and careful handling of pieces.
- Fluent English; French language skills expected for daily client interactions.
- Prior retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required.

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. A first sales experience in luxury retail is considered a plus.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, retail, luxury management, fashion or a related discipline (or equivalent vocational training).
