Fred Sales Assistant (Internship)

1. Greet and serve French and international clientele with high standards of luxury hospitality.
2. Support sales activities including beverage service, gift-wrapping and packaging, and invoice follow-up.
3. Execute clienteling actions: post-purchase thank-yous, anniversary communications and personalized follow-up.
4. Contribute to visual merchandising and the setup of shop windows and in-boutique displays.
5. Assist with ancillary boutique tasks such as after-sales service coordination and stock management.

1. Enthusiasm for the luxury sector and strong interest in fine jewellery.
2. Impeccable service orientation, polished interpersonal manner and professional presentation.
3. Rigorous respect for jewellery-specific processes, including security and careful handling of pieces.
4. Fluent English; French language skills expected for daily client interactions.
5. Prior retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
