Fred Retail & Merchandising Coordination Assistant

- Coordinate retail operations across EMEA, assisting in performance analysis and KPI consolidation on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Support the merchandising team in maximizing product performance through strategic launches and personalized store assortments.
- Manage stock levels and facilitate retail and wholesale stock requests, including transfers and restocking.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations for new product launches and strategic projects in the EMEA region.
- Assist in organizing regional events and pop-ups, ensuring operational efficiency and performance tracking.
- Facilitate communication of CRM guidelines and product information to sales teams, enhancing network synergy.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office, and PowerBI is preferred.
A first experience in the retail or luxury sector is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress in Business or related field.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
One day of remote work per week after three months of tenure, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
