- Coordinate retail operations across EMEA, assisting in the management of commercial performance through weekly and monthly KPI analysis.
- Support boutiques with ad-hoc analyses and consolidate top client actions.
- Monitor operational needs of boutiques in collaboration with Supply and Visual Merchandising teams.
- Assist in the daily support of sales teams by centralizing and tracking retail needs, communicating CRM guidelines, and co-creating internal operational materials.
- Participate in the preparation of team meetings to enhance synergy within the EMEA Retail network.
- Support merchandising efforts to optimize product performance through successful new launches and tailored store assortments.
- Conduct sales analysis and forecasting, and assist in regional/local stock management.
- Manage daily retail and wholesale stock requests, including transfers and restocks.
- Contribute to product presentations for EMEA, manage special order requests, and communicate product information to the network.
- Support the organization of regional events and pop-ups, including operational management and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the 360° approach of Retail/Wholesale and marketing departments in EMEA.
- Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI is appreciated.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury sectors is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
No prior experience required, although experience in retail or luxury sectors is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
