1. Coordinate retail points of sale across EMEA, assisting in commercial performance management through analysis and KPI consolidation.
2. Support daily sales team operations, centralizing and following up on retail needs, and communicating CRM guidelines.
3. Assist in merchandising efforts to optimize product performance through successful launches and tailored store assortments.
4. Analyze sales reports and forecasts, manage stock levels, and support the rotation of high jewelry pieces across EMEA.
5. Contribute to product presentations and manage special order requests, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
6. Support regional events and pop-up operations, ensuring effective assortment preparation and performance tracking.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Analytical mindset with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
4. Proficiency in English is required.

1. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI.
2. Experience in retail or luxury sectors is advantageous.

No prior experience required, although experience in retail or luxury sectors is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% coverage by the company.
