1. Coordinate retail operations across EMEA, including performance analysis and KPI consolidation.
2. Support the merchandising team in maximizing product performance through strategic launches and personalized store assortments.
3. Assist in stock management and rotation for retail and wholesale channels.
4. Contribute to the creation of operational support materials and communication of CRM guidelines to sales teams.
5. Participate in the organization of regional events and pop-ups, ensuring operational excellence and performance tracking.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
2. Proficiency in English is essential.
3. Prior experience in retail or luxury sectors is advantageous.

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Microsoft Office, and PowerBI is appreciated.

No prior experience required, although previous exposure to retail or luxury industries is beneficial.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
