- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance commercial activities across retail boutiques.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth in each point of sale.
- Foster a customer-centric approach within the boutique network, utilizing CRM and clienteling tools.
- Guarantee the excellence of the FRED customer experience, including selling ceremonies and service standards.
- Oversee and develop the Retail and Clienteling Coordinator.
- Collaborate closely with HQ Digital to enhance the e-commerce operations in France.
- Work with HQ and EMEA departments to ensure quality support for the retail network.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales and market share, including annual budgets and medium-term plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in major department stores.
- Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Negotiate commercial terms with department stores and partners.
- Recruit, train, and develop teams, including directors.
- Define SMART objectives and provide ongoing support and development.
- Create a positive and productive work environment aligned with the brand's values.
- Implement training plans in collaboration with the Learning department.
- Supervise daily operations of boutiques and ensure efficient procedures.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Plan and manage boutique budgets, monitor sales performance, and provide financial analysis.
- Implement marketing and event plans with boutique directors and the operational marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures, regulations, and laws.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury or jewelry retail.
- Proven track record in retail management.
- Strategic vision and proactive approach to business.
- Strong analytical skills and autonomy.
- Ability to implement effective commercial strategies and action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Fluency in English.
