Fred Quality Controller - High Jewelry

- Provide expertise in the quality control of Jewelry, Medium Jewelry, and High Jewelry pieces during various development phases, collaborating closely with the development team and technical office.
- Conduct quality control of jewelry pieces not inspected by upstream teams on-site, and perform quality checks on market-circulating pieces.
- Draft and disseminate corresponding quality reports, justifying control results to project teams and suppliers.
- Define specific product quality control criteria, including drafting control ranges and other support documentation.
- Serve as the primary quality liaison with suppliers and workshops, guiding them in implementing quality criteria throughout the product lifecycle.
- Identify quality risks and alerts, participating in the implementation of necessary action plans using problem-solving tools, ensuring goal achievement.
- Act as the product quality reference for upstream quality controllers, managing market flow controls and product maintenance.
- Organize and manage documentation, adhering to schedules and deadlines, and handle administrative tasks related to product integrations on dedicated tools.
- Participate in cross-functional missions such as inventories, tests, metrology, and tool improvement.
- Regular travel within France and Europe is required.
- Diploma in Jewelry (CAP, BMA, or DMA) is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a jewelry workshop.
- Experience in quality control is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meticulous, demanding, and highly organized.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented.
- Excellent listening skills.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a jewelry workshop is required, with additional experience in quality control being advantageous.
A diploma in Jewelry (CAP, BMA, or DMA) is a plus.
