1. Provide expertise in the quality control of Jewelry, Medium Jewelry, and High Jewelry pieces during development phases in collaboration with the development team and technical office.
2. Conduct quality control of jewelry pieces not inspected by dedicated upstream teams on site.
3. Perform quality control of pieces in market rotation and prepare corresponding reports.
4. Justify control results to project teams and suppliers.
5. Define specific quality control criteria, including drafting control ranges and support documentation.
6. Act as a primary quality contact for suppliers and workshops, guiding them in implementing quality criteria throughout the product lifecycle.
7. Identify quality risks and alerts, participating in the implementation of necessary action plans using problem-solving tools.
8. Serve as the product quality reference for upstream quality controllers.
9. Ensure control and maintenance of market flow products and manage documentation respecting schedules and deadlines.
10. Handle administrative tasks related to product integrations on dedicated tools.
11. Participate in cross-functional missions such as inventories, tests, metrology, and tool improvement.
12. Regular travel within France and Europe is required.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a jewelry workshop.
2. Experience in quality control is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Valid driver's license.
4. Rigorous, demanding, and highly organized.
5. Autonomous and proactive.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset and good listening ability.

A minimum of 5 years in a jewelry workshop, with quality control experience being beneficial.

A diploma in Jewelry (CAP, BMA, or DMA) is advantageous.
