- Execute monthly payroll processes in compliance with regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Verify and transmit payroll-related information for new hires and departures.
- Collect, prepare, and input variable payroll elements.
- Check payroll statements and final settlements.
- Manage monthly advances and third-party notices.
- Oversee time and activity management.
- Handle payroll & HRIS interface management.
- Conduct post-payroll processes and prepare provisions for the Finance department.
- Administer personnel-related tasks including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage health insurance and pension files and declarations.
- Coordinate medical visits and prepare contractual documents.
- Update personnel registers and manage restaurant vouchers.
- Prepare various attestations and update administrative and contractual data.
- Monitor administrative deadlines and manage absence records.
- Oversee expatriate contributions and VIE contracts.
- Manage social declarations and HR data reporting.
- Ensure data quality in HRIS systems.
- Contribute to legal and social monitoring, diversity and inclusion projects, and employer branding initiatives.
- Organize internal sales events for group brands.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration roles.
- Experience in dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and HRIS software (Silaé knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
A minimum of 5 years in payroll and personnel administration within dynamic environments is required.
