Fred Merchandising Product Manager

- Collaborate closely with supply, product, marketing 360, and international market teams to implement the international merchandising strategy.
- Monitor the performance of the annual plan and associated projects, including Clusters & Assortments, product lifecycle, and pricing adjustments.
- Develop monthly recommendations and action plans to achieve objectives and optimize collection performance, identifying growth opportunities and consolidating market feedback.
- Oversee and coordinate forecasts, monitor OTB/purchasing sessions, and conduct revisions.
- Create and develop analytical tools necessary for tracking activity and objectives in coordination with product and supply teams.
- Ensure the implementation of the merchandising plan with cross-functional teams, from product launch plans to the animation of permanent collections at the point of sale.
- Manage the rotation of High Jewelry pieces according to the annual plan and new opportunities.
- Coordinate and communicate merchandising projects and alerts to ensure all stakeholders are informed, addressing stock issues, action plans, and IT/data management projects.
- Degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Excellent leadership and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional relational and communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience, with significant experience in luxury merchandising and a strong affinity for jewelry.
Degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
