Fred Merchandising Product Manager

- Collaborate closely with supply, product, marketing, and international market teams to implement the international merchandising strategy.
- Monitor performance of the annual plan, including clusters, assortments, product lifecycle, and pricing adjustments.
- Develop monthly recommendations and action plans to achieve objectives and optimize collection performance.
- Lead and coordinate forecasts, oversee OTB/purchase sessions, and revisions.
- Create and develop analytical tools for activity and objective tracking in coordination with product and supply teams.
- Oversee the implementation of the merchandising plan with cross-functional teams, from product launch to point-of-sale activation.
- Manage the rotation of High Jewelry pieces in line with the annual plan and new opportunities.
- Coordinate and communicate merchandising projects and alerts to ensure all stakeholders are informed of stock issues, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
- Leadership and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience, with significant exposure to luxury merchandising and a strong affinity for jewelry.
Degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
