Merchandising Product Manager

1. Collaborate closely with supply, product, marketing 360, and international market teams.
2. Monitor performance of the annual plan and related projects, including Clusters & Assortments, product lifecycle, and price increases.
3. Develop monthly recommendations and action plans to achieve objectives and optimize collection performance.
4. Lead and coordinate forecasts, oversee OTB/purchase sessions, and make revisions.
5. Develop analytical tools for activity and objective tracking in coordination with product and supply teams.
6. Implement the merchandising plan with cross-functional teams from product launch to point of sale.
7. Manage the rotation of High Jewelry pieces according to the annual plan and new opportunities.
8. Coordinate and communicate merchandising projects and alerts to ensure all stakeholders are informed.

1. Degree from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
2. Fluent in English.
3. Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience, with significant experience in luxury merchandising and a strong affinity for jewelry.
