Responsibilities
- Analyze the network to identify growth levers and sales opportunities.
- Develop monthly sales forecasts for all distribution networks in the region.
- Create sales forecasts for new products.
- Manage daily stock requests for retail, including transfers and restocking.
- Conduct bi-annual rotation of medium and high jewelry pieces in the EMEA region.
- Analyze, review, and optimize annual stock models for boutiques in collaboration with supply and central merchandising.
- Build target stock models for the wholesale network based on partner types.
- Monitor special order requests in collaboration with the product team.
- Compile and analyze feedback from the network on product launches.
- Provide monthly product performance reports to the central team.
- Communicate product information to the network, including launch packs and price lists.
- Conduct product training for teams in collaboration with the Training/HR department.
- Collaborate with Retail EMEA on CRM campaigns related to product launches.
- Support the organization of regional events and pop-ups, including operational management and performance tracking.
- Prepare for boutique openings, including model stock development.
- Contribute to the 360° approach of Retail/Wholesale and Marketing EMEA departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail merchandising or commercial planning.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly jewelry and watchmaking.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, reactivity, adaptability, and commercial acumen.
- Assertive with strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Fluent in English.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail merchandising or commercial planning.
