Fred EMEA Merchandiser

- Conduct network analysis to identify growth levers and sales opportunities.
- Develop monthly sales forecasts for all distribution networks within the region.
- Prepare sales forecasts for new product launches.
- Manage daily stock requests for retail, including transfers and restocking.
- Oversee biannual rotation of medium and high jewelry pieces across the EMEA region.
- Analyze and optimize annual boutique stock models in collaboration with supply chain and central merchandising.
- Construct target model stocks for the wholesale network based on partner typologies.
- Monitor special order requests in collaboration with the product team.
- Compile and analyze network feedback on product launches.
- Report monthly product performance to central management.
- Communicate product information to the network, including launch packs and price lists.
- Conduct product training for teams in collaboration with the Training/HR department.
- Collaborate with Retail EMEA on CRM campaigns related to product launches.
- Support the organization of regional events and pop-ups, including operational management and performance tracking.
- Prepare for boutique openings, including model stock development.
- Contribute to the 360° approach of Retail/Wholesale and Marketing EMEA departments, including commercial calendar, synergies, communication, training, events, and visual merchandising.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in central or local retail merchandising and/or commercial planning.
- Interest in the luxury sector, particularly in jewelry and watchmaking, is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, reactivity, adaptability, and a commercial orientation.
- Strong assertiveness and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage communication with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Anaplan is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within retail merchandising or commercial planning.
