- Assist in the development and execution of the marketing action plan for the retail network, including operational coordination and analysis of retail animations.
- Monitor and implement window display animations and conduct competitive analysis in Marketing & Visual Merchandising.
- Support the animation of the VM Ambassadors community and manage digital communications for boutiques.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the marketing action plan for the wholesale network, including media plan deployment and analysis of wholesale animations.
- Develop VM guidelines for window animations and oversee the implementation of wholesale POS materials.
- Participate in the deployment of VM supports and manage communication tools for wholesale partners.
- Enrollment in a Master's program at a business school or equivalent university.
- Strong interest in operational and cross-functional tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience in retail, operational marketing, or the luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
