1. Assist in the drafting and review of various contracts, including distribution agreements, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, designer contracts, service agreements, supply contracts, IT contracts, and intellectual property rights transfer agreements.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage the signing process of contracts and maintain the contract database.
4. Conduct legal research and provide consultations.
5. Assist in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual education in IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. Passing the CRFPA is a plus.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

A monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
