1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service, supply, IT, and intellectual property rights agreements.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage contract signatures and maintain the contract database.
4. Conduct legal research and consultations.
5. Support in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual training in IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. CRFPA qualification is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Meticulous, analytical, and organized.
6. Excellent writing skills.
7. Proficient in English.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated but not required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

A stipend of €1,300 gross per month.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription.
