1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts, including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service provision, supply, IT, and intellectual property rights transfer agreements.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage contract signatures and maintain records in the contract library.
4. Conduct diverse legal research and consultations.
5. Provide assistance in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual training at IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. Passing the CRFPA exam is a plus.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess.
3. Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
4. Proficient in English.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated but not required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

Monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
