1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts including distribution, commercial, partnership, designer, service, supply, IT, and intellectual property rights agreements.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage contract signatures and maintain the contract repository.
4. Conduct legal research and provide consultations.
5. Assist in pre-litigation and litigation processes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual training from IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. CRFPA qualification is appreciated.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent writing abilities.
4. Proficiency in English.

Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated but not required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

A stipend of €1,300 gross per month.

One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid authorized absences, and meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
