1. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts, including distribution agreements, commercial contracts, partnerships, designer agreements, service contracts, supply contracts, IT agreements, and intellectual property rights assignments.
2. Participate in contract negotiations when necessary.
3. Manage contract signatures and maintain the contract database.
4. Conduct diverse legal research and consultations.
5. Provide assistance in pre-litigation and litigation matters.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law, Contract Law, or Distribution and Consumer Law.
2. DJCE or dual training in IEP/Business School is appreciated.
3. CRFPA qualification is a plus.

1. Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Excellent writing abilities.
4. Proficiency in English.

Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is appreciated but not required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.

A stipend of €1,300 gross per month.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, and meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
