1. Ensure the quality, durability, and finish of jewelry products align with pricing and aesthetic expectations.
2. Make technical decisions for all jewelry products, including new and existing collections.
3. Serve as the primary technical liaison with workshops.
4. Participate in the design and development of new jewelry models, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
5. Validate CAD designs before production approval.
6. Consult on manufacturing processes and validate prototypes and pre-series.
7. Assist in quality control during production deliveries.
8. Diagnose issues and provide expertise for jewelry maintenance and repairs.
9. Contribute to the jewelry culture within the company and support technical knowledge transfer.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and technological innovations.
11. Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to ensure technical alignment and support.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewelry design, manufacturing, or machining.
2. Highly qualified in technical aspects of jewelry design, manufacturing, and repair.
3. Deep knowledge of precious materials, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
4. Understanding of commercial stakes to make informed technical decisions.

3. Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD files.
4. Precision and attention to detail.
5. Ability to adapt communication for various stakeholders (technical, commercial, design).
