- Ensure the quality, durability, and finishing of jewelry products align with expected price points and aesthetics.
- Make technical decisions and act as the primary technical liaison with workshops.
- Participate in the design and development of new jewelry models, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Validate CAD designs before production commencement.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and validate first series or pre-series productions as necessary.
- Assist in quality control during production deliveries.
- Diagnose and identify necessary repairs for jewelry maintenance.
- Contribute to the jewelry culture within the company and provide technical support to other departments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological innovations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure understanding and technical compliance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in jewelry, including workshop and machining experience.
- Highly qualified in technical aspects of jewelry design, manufacturing, and repair.
- Deep knowledge of precious materials, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards.
- Understanding of commercial considerations to make technically sound decisions.
- Technical expertise in jewelry manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of precious materials and setting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand CAD files.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to interact with various stakeholders including experts, commercial teams, and designers.
A minimum of 10 years in the jewelry industry, with extensive experience in workshops and machining.
