Fred Jewelry Development Project Assistant

- Assist in the development of jewelry projects, including reviewing quotes, creating project briefs, and coordinating with Methods, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage budget tracking, including creating expenditure commitments and monitoring invoices.
- Maintain and update data in SAP and PLM Centrix, including creating references and updating information.
- Support the team in managing both Jewelry and High Jewelry projects.
- Participate in optimization and continuous improvement projects, including process formalization and solution research.
- Assist in the implementation of analytical tools and reporting systems.
- Manage and track supplier account openings.
- Coordinate internal and external shipment flows.
- Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business school, or equivalent university program.
- Interest in the luxury and/or jewelry sector.
- Strong team collaboration skills and interpersonal communication.
- Analytical and organizational acumen.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% covered by the company, and opportunities for professional development through HR workshops and networking events.
