Fred International Marketing Assistant Intern

- Assist in the execution of the annual 360 marketing plan and international event calendar, including planning and activation schedules.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of HQ guidelines with 360 marketing teams in various markets, ensuring adherence to validation timelines.
- Prepare and facilitate 360 Marketing Committees to share performance insights and upcoming objectives with market teams.
- Participate in 360 marketing meetings with HQ and market teams, supporting global and local initiatives.
- Ensure communication and implementation of essential guidelines for 360 programs in markets, consolidating feedback and post-event reports to enhance activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis, gathering and sharing market trends, innovations, and trade marketing developments, and preparing benchmark summaries for key periods.
- Pursuing a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in international and fast-paced environments.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Meticulous, analytical, and organized.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience in operational marketing within the luxury or jewelry sector is advantageous.

Entry-level, suitable for individuals with a keen interest in marketing and luxury sectors.

Monthly stipend of €1300 gross.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription costs.
