- Assist in the execution of the annual 360 marketing plan and international event calendar, including quarterly animations and activations.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing strategies with 360 HQ teams and international markets, ensuring adherence to timelines and validation processes.
- Prepare and coordinate Marketing 360 Committees to share performance insights and upcoming objectives with international markets.
- Participate in marketing meetings with HQ and market teams, supporting local initiatives.
- Ensure communication of essential guidelines for 360 program implementation in markets and consolidate feedback and post-event reports to enhance activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis, gather and share market trends, innovations, and trade marketing developments, and prepare benchmark summaries for key periods such as Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year.
- Pursuing a Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in fast-paced international environments.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is appreciated.
- Experience in operational marketing within the luxury or jewelry sector is an advantage.

Monthly stipend of €1,300 gross.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% coverage by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription costs.
