- Assist in the execution of the annual 360 marketing plan and international event calendar, including quarterly activations and animations.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives with HQ and market teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and validation processes.
- Prepare and participate in 360 Marketing Committees to share performance insights and future objectives with market teams.
- Support the facilitation of 360 marketing meetings and assist in the follow-up of local initiatives.
- Ensure communication of essential guidelines for 360 programs in markets, consolidating feedback and post-event reports to enhance activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis, gathering and sharing market trends and innovations, and prepare benchmarks for key periods such as Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in fast-paced international environments.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of rigor.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Previous experience in an operational marketing department within the luxury or jewelry sector is advantageous.

Monthly stipend of €1,300 gross.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% coverage, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription.
