Fred International Marketing Assistant Internship

- Assist in the execution of the annual 360 marketing plan and international event calendar, including quarterly activation schedules.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives with 360 HQ teams and markets, ensuring adherence to timelines and validation processes.
- Prepare for and participate in 360 Marketing Committees to share performance insights and future objectives with market teams.
- Participate in 360 marketing meetings, supporting HQ and market teams in local initiative execution.
- Develop and communicate essential guidelines for 360 program implementation across markets, consolidating feedback and post-event reports to enhance future activations.
- Conduct competitive analysis, gathering and sharing market trends and innovations in trade marketing, and prepare benchmark summaries for key periods such as Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent university program.
- Strong interest in fast-paced, international environments.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience in operational marketing within the luxury or jewelry sector is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with limited experience, ideally with exposure to operational marketing in the luxury or jewelry sector.
Pursuing a Master's degree in business or related field.
Internship stipend of €1300 gross per month.
