1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal control framework across FRED, including headquarters, subsidiaries, and shared service centers, to ensure risk management, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in alignment with LVMH Group standards.
2. Understand key processes, identify risks, and support operational teams in implementing robust control mechanisms both in daily operations and during the company's evolution projects.
3. Manage documentation, including policies, procedures, risk and control matrices, and testing procedures, ensuring they are current and effectively applied.
4. Validate access rights requests for sensitive IT tools to ensure proper segregation of duties.
5. Coordinate and assist with fiscal inventories and plan and support rotating inventories.
6. Deploy the operational procedures guide for boutiques.
7. Ensure the company's compliance with SAPIN II law requirements, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, gifts, donations, and conflict of interest policies.
8. Serve as the liaison with LVMH Group's Internal Control and Compliance Departments, conducting the annual ERICA self-assessment campaign and coordinating internal audit missions.
9. Implement and monitor action plans and recommendations.
10. Animate and support internal control and compliance referents in subsidiaries and shared service centers.
11. Raise awareness among FRED employees about internal control and compliance issues through training sessions, reminder emails, and awareness campaigns.
12. Coordinate external audit missions, such as those by the Responsible Jewelry Council, and follow up on audit points.

1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with a specialization in Audit or Finance.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably starting in a consulting firm followed by a corporate role, ideally within a retail and international environment.

2. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to propose solutions in a constrained environment.
3. Excellent teamwork skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
6. Fluency in English is essential.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally beginning in a consulting firm followed by a corporate role, preferably within a retail and international context.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
