1. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees regarding HR matters.
2. Manage personnel administration, including dossier creation, DPAE, mutual insurance registration, medical visit scheduling, and archiving.
3. Process payroll variables, manage entry/exit documentation, and oversee restaurant ticket orders.
4. Update HRIS and develop HR processes and guidelines for Europe & Middle East.
5. Participate in internal HR projects, including annual group reporting and store openings.
6. Coordinate temporary staffing requests in collaboration with boutiques.
7. Contribute to recruitment efforts across the EMEA region.
8. Facilitate internal communication regarding private sales.
9. Conduct legal monitoring and jurisprudence research.

1. Enrolled in a Human Resources program at Bac+4/5 level.
2. Strong interest in fieldwork.
3. Commitment to confidentiality, precision, and service orientation.
4. Proficiency in English is essential.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is appreciated.
6. Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to managerial approval. Meal vouchers valued at €10 per day, with 60% covered by the company.
