1. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managing personnel administration including dossier creation, DPAE, health insurance enrollment, medical visit scheduling, and archiving.
2. Handle payroll tasks such as inputting variable elements, managing entry/exit forms, ordering meal vouchers, preparing payroll files, and tracking sick leaves.
3. Update the HR Information System (HRIS) and develop HR processes and guidelines for the Europe & Middle East region.
4. Participate in internal HR projects, including annual group reporting and store openings.
5. Manage temporary staffing requests in coordination with retail locations.
6. Assist in recruitment efforts across the EMEA region.
7. Facilitate internal communication regarding private sales.
8. Conduct legal monitoring and research jurisprudence.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
2. Strong interest in fieldwork.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate rigor, and provide excellent service.

1. Proficiency in English is essential.
2. Competency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

A first experience in an HR department is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80 depending on age.
