- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage personnel administration including dossier creation, DPAE, health insurance registration, medical visit scheduling, and archiving.
- Input variable elements into the payroll software and manage entry/exit documentation.
- Coordinate the ordering of meal vouchers and prepare payroll documentation.
- Update the HRIS and develop HR processes and guidelines for the Europe & Middle East region.
- Participate in internal HR projects, including annual group reporting and boutique openings.
- Assist with recruitment efforts across the EMEA region.
- Conduct internal communication regarding private sales.
- Conduct legal monitoring and research jurisprudence.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
- Strong interest in fieldwork.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate rigor, and provide excellent service.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is appreciated.
- Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
No prior experience required, but previous exposure to HR functions is beneficial.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.
One day of remote work per week after three months of tenure, subject to managerial approval. Meal vouchers valued at €10 per day worked, with 60% covered by the company.
