1. Serve as the primary HR contact for employees within the EMEA region.
2. Manage personnel administration including dossier creation, DPAE, health insurance and medical visit enrollments, and document archiving.
3. Handle payroll tasks such as inputting variable elements, managing entry/exit forms, ordering meal vouchers, and monitoring sick leave.
4. Update the HRIS and develop HR processes and guidelines for Europe and the Middle East.
5. Participate in internal HR projects, including annual group reporting and boutique openings.
6. Coordinate temporary staffing requests in collaboration with boutiques.
7. Assist in recruitment activities across the EMEA region.
8. Facilitate internal communication regarding private sales.
9. Conduct legal monitoring and research jurisprudence.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
2. Strong interest in fieldwork.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English is required.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
6. Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous.

Compensation ranges from €990.99 to €1,801.80, depending on age.

Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 50% coverage, and enhanced managerial and HR support.
