Fred Heritage Assistant Intern

- Participate in the management and processing of the archive collection, including optimization, enrichment, and indexing on the DAM tool.
- Classify, digitize, and recondition archives while collecting additional primary or secondary sources.
- Develop and optimize databases, including creating documentary files on works.
- Conduct scientific research on archives and thematic documentary studies.
- Assist in the physical and digital management of the private collection, including inventory maintenance and condition assessments.
- Monitor and analyze the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market and propose acquisitions to enrich the collection.
- Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces within boutiques and assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
- Manage internal service requests from various departments such as customer service, marketing, and communication.
- Participate in the creation of internal presentations and monitor heritage news from other Maisons.
- Educational background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or a multidisciplinary background (combining art history and management/commerce).
- Sensitivity to the jewelry universe.
- Interest in heritage and scientific archival research.
- Proficiency in state assessment methodology is a plus.
- Experience in a private house's heritage department is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
No prior experience required, though experience in a heritage department is advantageous.
Master's degree in archives, documentation, or related field preferred.
Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
Benefits include one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription costs.
