- Participate in the management and processing of the archive collection, including optimization, enrichment, and indexing using DAM tools.
- Classify, digitize, and recondition archives while collecting primary and secondary sources.
- Develop and optimize databases, creating documentary files on artworks.
- Conduct scientific research on archives and thematic documentary studies.
- Assist in the physical and digital management of the private collection, including inventory maintenance and condition assessments.
- Monitor the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market and propose acquisitions to enrich the collection.
- Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces within boutiques and assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
- Manage internal service requests from various departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Communications.
- Contribute to internal presentations and monitor heritage activities of other luxury houses.
- Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or multidisciplinary background (art history & management/commerce).
- Sensitivity to the jewelry industry.
- Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.
- Proficiency in state assessment methodology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in a heritage department of a private house is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Master's degree in archives, documentation, or related fields preferred.
Monthly stipend of €1,300 gross.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers valued at €10 per day with 60% coverage, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription.
