- Assist in the management and processing of the archive collection, including optimization, enrichment, and indexing using the DAM tool.
- Classify and monitor the treatment of unprocessed archives and collect additional primary or secondary sources.
- Develop and optimize databases by creating documentary dossiers of works.
- Conduct scientific research on archives and thematic documentary studies.
- Participate in the physical and digital management of the Maison's private collection, including inventory maintenance and physical conditioning of pieces.
- Monitor and analyze the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market.
- Contribute to acquisition proposals to enrich the collection.
- Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces within boutiques and assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
- Support the drafting and proofreading of texts and tools for exhibition projects.
- Manage requests from various internal departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Communication.
- Participate in the creation of internal presentations and monitor heritage news from other Maisons.
- Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or a multidisciplinary background combining art history and management/commerce.
- Sensitivity to the world of jewelry.
- Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills, rigor, and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is appreciated.
- Experience in a heritage department of a private house is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in heritage departments.
Master's degree in archives, documentation, or related fields.
Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
One day of remote work per week after three months, subject to manager approval. Six paid leave days. Meal vouchers valued at €10 per working day with 60% covered by the company.
