Fred Heritage Assistant Intern

- Assist in managing and processing the archive collection, including optimization and indexing in the DAM system.
- Classify and monitor the treatment of unprocessed archives.
- Collect primary and secondary sources.
- Develop and optimize databases, including creating documentary dossiers of works.
- Conduct scientific research and thematic documentary studies.
- Participate in the physical and digital management of the private collection, including inventory maintenance and condition assessments.
- Monitor the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market.
- Contribute to acquisition proposals to enrich the collection.
- Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces in boutiques.
- Assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
- Support the drafting and proofreading of texts for exhibition projects.
- Manage internal service requests from various departments.
- Participate in the creation of internal presentations and monitor heritage news of other maisons.
- Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or multidisciplinary studies (art history & management/commerce).
- Sensitivity to the jewelry industry.
- Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Organization and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a heritage department of a private maison is advantageous.
Master's degree in relevant fields.
Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
