Heritage Assistant Intern

1. Participate in the management and processing of the archive collection, including optimization, enrichment, and indexing on the DAM tool.
2. Classify and track the processing of untreated archives.
3. Collect primary and secondary sources.
4. Develop and optimize databases, including creating documentary files on works.
5. Conduct scientific research on archives and thematic documentary studies.
6. Assist in the physical and digital management of the private collection, including inventory maintenance and physical conditioning of pieces.
7. Monitor and analyze the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market.
8. Contribute to acquisition proposals to enrich the collection.
9. Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces in boutiques.
10. Assist in writing content for training tools and internal newsletters.
11. Support the drafting and proofreading of texts and tools for exhibition projects.
12. Manage requests from various internal services such as customer service, marketing, and communication.
13. Participate in internal presentations and monitor the heritage activities of other brands.

1. Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or a multidisciplinary background (combining art history with management/commerce).
2. Sensitivity to the jewelry universe.
3. Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is appreciated.

Experience in a heritage department of a private house is a plus.

Master's in archives, documentation, or collection management.

Gratification of 1300€ gross per month.

1 day of remote work per week after 3 months with manager approval.6 paid authorized absence days.Meal vouchers worth 10€ per working day with 60% covered by the company.
