1. Assist in managing and processing the archive collection, including optimization and indexing in the DAM system.
2. Classify and monitor the treatment of unprocessed archives.
3. Collect primary and secondary sources.
4. Develop and optimize databases, including creating documentary dossiers of works.
5. Conduct scientific research and thematic documentary studies.
6. Participate in the physical and digital management of the private collection, including inventory maintenance and condition assessments.
7. Monitor the presence of vintage pieces on the secondary market.
8. Contribute to acquisition proposals to enrich the collection.
9. Draft storytelling guidelines for museum spaces in boutiques.
10. Assist in content creation for training tools and internal newsletters.
11. Support the drafting and proofreading of texts for exhibition projects.
12. Manage internal service requests from various departments.
13. Participate in the creation of internal presentations and monitor heritage news of other maisons.

1. Background in heritage professions (master's in archives/documentation/collection management) or multidisciplinary studies (art history & management/commerce).
2. Sensitivity to the jewelry industry.
3. Interest in heritage and scientific archive research.

1. Strong oral and written communication.
2. Organization and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in a heritage department of a private maison is advantageous.

Master's degree in relevant fields.

Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.

One day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per day with 60% covered by the company.
