Fred General Manager Assistant

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including schedule management and business trip arrangements.
2. Coordinate and manage office operations, including the preparation of sales reports and data.
3. Support boutique operations by managing supplies and assisting with HR onboarding processes.
4. Facilitate communication and coordination with LVMH Japan HQ and other brand GM Assistants.
5. Assist in communication with Paris HQ, including travel arrangements and translation services.
6. Translate and maintain the FRED official website in collaboration with the Marketing team.
7. Manage expense reports for travel and non-travel claims.

1. Prior experience supporting a General Manager or executive team.
2. Fluency in Japanese and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
3. A university degree or equivalent work experience.

1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior management or a small team.

A university degree or equivalent work experience.
