Fred Event and CRM Manager

- Plan and implement high jewelry events and pop-ups in alignment with the Maison's strategic objectives, collaborating closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate VIP tours in conjunction with Paris headquarters and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute boutique activation programs to enhance traffic and sales turnover using existing and external databases.
- Design and implement CRM programs to elevate customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage event and client treatment budgets efficiently.
- Analyze CRM data to generate insightful reports.
- Train store staff on customer journey processes and functionalities using the headquarters' clienteling application.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and digital team to construct a comprehensive LINE customer journey.
- University graduate or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand event and marketing, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of database marketing and CRM programs.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong analytical skills.

University graduate or equivalent.
