1. Lead a team of 8, overseeing Sales Administration and Retail Distribution.
2. Ensure high service levels for wholesale clients and maintain model stock completion rates in retail.
3. Supervise the management of distribution flows to meet service, timing, quality, and efficiency goals.
4. Oversee store replenishment, considering product life cycles, sales, promotions, stock levels, and company strategy.
5. Optimize stock allocation and make necessary adjustments to enhance product performance and minimize risks.
6. Ensure the proper application of the company's commercial policy and communicate pricing updates to wholesale clients.
7. Monitor and report on service, stock, and process results, implementing actions to maintain or improve KPIs.
8. Foster close, constructive collaboration with market teams.
9. Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution.
3. Proven experience in team management.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong customer service orientation and results-driven mindset.
5. Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
7. Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

A minimum of 8 years in Supply Chain with a focus on Distribution, including management experience. Experience in the jewelry sector is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
