- Collaborate with the headquarters digital team to enhance the usability of the local e-commerce site.
- Coordinate with the local merchandising team to manage e-merchandising.
- Create and update product descriptions for digital platforms.
- Oversee and manage outsourced e-commerce operations.
- Develop content management strategies for digital channels.
- Analyze online conversations and content in collaboration with agencies.
- Align with headquarters strategy to create and implement paid and organic social media calendars.
- Collaborate with PR and digital agencies to manage LINE Organic posts distribution.
- Create a local LINE calendar in alignment with the headquarters digital media team.
- Work with the Marketing Director and CRM Manager to build customer journeys on LINE Studio.
- Manage SEM in close collaboration with the digital media agency.
- Plan, execute, and report on actions for the brand's social accounts, particularly LINE, in cooperation with internal and external teams.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local CRM, IT teams, and external agencies to advance the LINE project, including CRM data integration and customer journey development.
- University graduate or equivalent education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand digital marketing, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sectors.
- Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Fluent in Japanese with business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
A minimum of 5 years in brand digital marketing, ideally within the jewelry or luxury brand sectors.
University graduate or equivalent.
