Fred Data Manager

- Analyze existing use cases and reusable components provided by the Group's Data teams.
 - Participate in the Group and Division Data community forums, sharing experiences and conducting benchmarks.
 - Lead the Data Governance of the Maison and its Data community.
 - Qualify and analyze Data use case requests, particularly AI applications in line with the Group's responsible AI charter.
 - Support and assist data owners and analysts with data needs.
 - Design and specify data ingestion, transformation, exposure, AI, and GenAI processes.
 - Design and construct data models and ingest new data sources.
 - Implement evolutions and new features on the Maison's data stack.
 - Expose data to other systems through Datamart, e.g., PowerBI.
 - Manage code repositories and deployments (CI/CD).
 - Maintain and support the Data platform (GCP, PowerBI, Dataiku, Fivetran).
 - Oversee external profiles such as ML OPS, Data Engineers, and DataViz experts.
 
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
 - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data platform implementation on GCP, data needs gathering, or data product technical and analytical challenges.
 - Experience in implementing or evolving Dataviz solutions or AI/GenAI use cases.
 
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex), SQL, DAX, Terraform, Python, Dataiku, Fivetran, PowerBI.
 - Fluency in French and English.
 - Strong pedagogical skills and team player mentality.
 - Versatility, autonomy, and curiosity.
 - Ability to lead Data governance aligning team activities with the Maison's vision and priorities.
 - Pragmatism and transparency in identifying synergy opportunities.
 
Minimum of 3 years in relevant roles involving data platform implementation, data needs formalization, or data product challenges.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
