CRM Manager

- Plan and implement high jewelry events and pop-ups in alignment with the Maison's strategic vision, collaborating closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate VIP tours in conjunction with Paris HQ and other cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute boutique activation programs to enhance traffic and sales turnover using existing and external databases.
- Design and implement CRM programs to elevate the experience of existing customers.
- Manage budgets for events and client treatments.
- Analyze CRM data and produce insightful reports.
- Train store staff on customer journeys and functionalities using the HQ's clienteling application.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and digital team to construct a LINE customer journey.
- University graduate or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand event and marketing, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of database marketing and CRM programs, ideally with hands-on experience.
- Excellent PC skills.
- Fluent in Japanese with business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
A minimum of 5 years in brand event and marketing, with a preference for experience in jewelry or luxury brands.
University graduate or equivalent.
