Fred CRM Data Analyst

- Develop and manage customer-centric data analyses and insights to enhance understanding of purchasing behaviors and guide strategic decisions.
- Create studies, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to meet business needs for customer engagement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with IT to develop and evolve automated dashboards and reports within the company's business intelligence tool.
- Maintain customer segmentation and accelerate action plans to retain clients.
- Train and support market teams on best practices in studies and insights.
- Degree in Data Science or Statistics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer data analysis, retail project management, digital marketing, or innovation
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities with numerical proficiency
- Autonomy, rigor, and organization in project management
- Ability to rally teams around a project
- In-depth understanding of customer and omnichannel issues
- Proficiency in digital environments and sensitivity to innovations
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Salesforce, Jira, advanced Excel
- Fluent in English
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Degree in Data Science or Statistics
