- Develop and manage customer-centric data analyses to enhance understanding of purchasing behaviors and inform strategic decisions.
- Create studies, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to meet business needs for customer engagement.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with IT to develop and evolve dashboards and automated reports using the company's business intelligence tools.
- Maintain customer segmentation and accelerate action plans to foster customer loyalty.
- Train and support market teams on best practices in studies and insights.
- Ensure consistency across all data collection points and lead the evolution of tools in compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, PIPL, PIPA, etc.).
- Enhance the quality of the customer database in partnership with IT (data cleaning and deduplication).
- Monitor the adoption of data collection tools in boutiques and implement action plans to support change management with regions.
- Direct the collection, quality, and evolution of clienteling data.
- Analyze and track the performance of CRM and clienteling actions using reports and dashboards to improve effectiveness.
- Participate in the development of innovative solutions using AI for customer targeting.
- Degree in Data Science or Statistics
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer data analysis, retail project management, digital marketing, or innovation
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, proficiency with numbers
- Autonomy, rigor, and organization in project management
- Ability to rally teams around a project
- Deep understanding of customer and omnichannel issues
- Proficiency in digital environments and sensitivity to innovations
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, Salesforce, Jira, advanced Excel
- Fluent in English
