- Implement and oversee One-to-Many and One-to-One client campaigns.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns for all markets, including drafting texts in French and English, coordinating translations, and integrating emails into the email builder platform.
- Coordinate and maintain communications with the image, social media, e-commerce departments, and the creative agency.
- Develop and implement personalized One-to-One messages for the sales force using clienteling tools.
- Report and analyze the performance of One-to-Many and One-to-One campaigns using business intelligence tools.
- Consolidate monthly reports for management and markets.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and CRM and customer experience benchmarking.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school, university, or engineering school.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and customer relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
A stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per worked day with 60% covered by the company, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription.
