Fred CRM Campaigns and Client Activation Intern

- Manage One-to-Many and One-to-One client campaigns, including the execution and monitoring of activation plans.
- Create and manage newsletter campaigns across all markets, involving content writing in French and English, asset proposal, translation coordination, email integration, targeting preparation, BAT testing, and campaign routing using marketing automation tools.
- Coordinate and liaise with the image, social media, ecommerce departments, and creative agencies.
- Develop and implement personalized One-to-One messages for the sales force using clienteling tools.
- Conduct performance analysis and competitive intelligence for One-to-Many and One-to-One campaigns using business intelligence tools.
- Consolidate monthly reports for management and market teams.
- Conduct CRM and customer experience competitive benchmarking.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, University equivalent, or Engineering School.
- Strong interest in the jewelry industry and client relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, and Photoshop is advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent.
Internship stipend of €1,300 gross per month.
Includes one day of remote work per week after three months, six paid leave days, meal vouchers worth €10 per working day with 60% coverage, and 50% coverage of transportation subscription.
